THE EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952 is a social security scheme launched by government of India.
Any business, establishment and factory, when reaches twenty employee count must take PF registration and comply with compliance every month as per the rules of the act.

Proprietary Firms, Partnership firms and Private Limited and Public Limited and One Person companies incorporated prior 08th Oct 2020 need to apply for PF Registration via Shram Suvidha Portal.
